SWECO Soyuz Engineering will develop an investment feasibility study for the construction of a solid domestic waste thermal recycling plant (for heat and power generation) at the site of CHP-17, a branch of Mosenergo.
While developing the above study, supporting materials will be prepared to determine project feasibility. Justification of project technical, economic and investment efficiency.
The purpose of this effort is to enhance economic efficiency of CHP-17—a Mosenergo branch—through the use of capabilities of the CHP existing primary equipment and the new generating facilities, which operate based on thermal recycling of solid domestic waste and are located at the Plant’s site.
The SDW thermal recycling technology, including components of the primary and auxiliary equipment, will be determined based on CIFS deliverables.
